Welcome from Illinois. Are those blue dots?

Hey sorry, been busy putting on more goodies!!  Anyway, Its a 454 which I have no clue what the heads or bottom end are.
The compression seems to be around 9.1 we figure!  Here is the stuff we put in so far! The cam specs are .242/242 @ 50 thds. lift is 540 and lobe is 108.  I have an Edelbrock air gap intake. Oval port heads by the way. Holley street avenger 870cfm. Hooker headers 1 3/4 primary, 3'' collector, 3'' exhaust that ends at the axle. Th350 has been gone through and is built pretty tough shifts hard with a Hughes 3k stall. 10 bolt rear end with eaton posi unit and jegs 3.73 gears with lakewood traction bars.  To make it more interesting I have a 100hp shot of Nitrous works go gas to help it along with a purge! I have put new fenders and hood on but just swapped out the steel 2.5'' cowl with a fiberglass lift off 4'' cowl.  Just put in a direct replacement aluminum radiator with 2 electric fans to keep things cool.  All the gauges are autometer ultra-lite's, Shifting wise it has a B&m floor shifter now with button on the T handle for the Go Gas !

Now this winter things are going to get interesting as I am building a 502ci full roller motor that should twist the truck in half(hope not) !!
I have to relocate the battery, stick in the 8pt cage, drive shaft loop and new axles with C clip eliminators to help keep the 502 in check!

75Chevyguy -  The wheels are just some junk ones that came on it 15x10s all around. The front tires are 245/60's and the rear is goodyear eagle drag radials 325/50's.

Irish_Alley - Well I hope to meet to meet all the brothers on the site!! So mote it be!

Layne - Yes those are blue dots, they was already on there when I got the truck!

Oh and here is a video of it at the track before I really started building it up!  You can see the new fenders and hood and the truck has not been painted yet!  The title I screwed up as it ran a 9.26et in the 1/8th in the video.  Since then it has ran 8.37et and spray was wrong and had very little bottle pressure and ran a 8.05et.  Going this Friday to put it in the 7's !!

  Track fun............
Best ET on motor was 8.16et.  Best ET with the bottle was 7.91et that was with an 100hp shot, The bottle pressure was at 400 which is terrible.  The bottle pressure should have been around 900.  But I had fun!!

7.91 pass !!

My Brothers car,  8.06 but had a 1.62 60ft and was spinning and off and on the gas the entire way!
Best pass he got was a 7.93 but just could not get it to hook up,  plus he is still shaking things down and seeing how its going to do!
