hydroboost - effectively killing it?
« on: October 13, 2010, 01:51:43 pm »
last dummy question for today.

the project r30 has hydroboost, a bad power steering pump and a broken line. solution - KILL IT WITH FIRE.

i know it works good when it works, yadda yadda.

would a pilfered c10 booster and master cylinder be up to the job of stopping this thing, or should i think bigger like a suburban setup or something?

we want normal power steering, normal power brakes.

As long as it's for heavy duty brakes yes you can retrofit the system to vacuum operated assist.
