Last parts of the 700r4 NP205 swap

Hi team,

It's getting late and I'm tired and I wanted to ask a couple questions to prepare for the last push to finish my truck.  I have the cross member in and the 700 and 205 in the truck (formerly T350 NP205).  I re-drilled the holes to mount the flat cross member and I still need to work on the supports that mount to top frame rail.  Has any one come up with a great way to make this happen??  Drilling the holes and putting bolts in would be easy if there were no cab on the truck.  I'm open to suggestions. 

I mocked up the drive shafts and figured I need 3.75 longer on the front shaft and 3.75 shorter on the rear.  This was confirmed with my 1 7/8" spacer and the same length added in swapping from the 350 to the 700.  I have a stock suspension truck that is not going to be off-roaded.  Id there enough plunge in the stock drive shafts to make up for the change in the drive line?

     If you have access to a plasma, you could slide a metal plate to protect the cab bottom while you cut the holes out.  If not maybe unbolt the cab and see if you can lift or rock it out of the way enough to get them drilled.
     Sorry, only things I could come up with.
