Hey Guys just got my first truck... 1977 GMC Sierra, 350 w headers, Rough country lift with 35's. Does anyone know if this would be considered a K10 or K15? thanks Jay

Welcome from NW Indiana. I believe the GMC would consider it a K15 but basically the same as a K10. At one time the GMC was a bit heavier duty than Chevy.

Well took the bed off today, my first step towards my dream truck!! Had some help but wasnt to bad. powerwashed and wirebrushed everything, truck came from arizona so for a 34 year old truck not to much rust i dont think! Going to Paint the frame with Bill Hircsch Miracle paint to protect it and then undercoat the bed with a 3m undercoat spray. Also ordered new cab mounts because they were smashed like pancakes hopefully thats why the cab and bed werent lined up. Im open to any suggestions from the more experienced guys, remember my first truck! Ill update pics as i go.... Jay PS the first 2 pics are after the powers wash

Nice start, just when you go to put the bed back on use the cab to align the bed.
