« on: July 15, 2012, 11:52:38 pm »
First i have a 76 C20 with a stock 1 1/4" sway bar.

Ok so i took it off the other day and parts don't get here tell monday but i forgot which way is up on the bar. Can someone post a pick of there sway bar as its attached to the truck so i can put it back in right the first time.

Thanks

I don't have a picture but it will only go back one way.   It will make sense once you go and put it back on.

As Zieg said, it only goes one way.  On my 74 k10 it is actually mounts to the plate that holds the spring pack on the front on, so if you turned it the wrong way it would want to go downward to the ground instead of up toward's the frame.
As a side note I just picked up my energy suspension bushing kit for the sway bar and all the leaf springs, plan on installing them this week.
