Will a TH350 transmission with np203 transfer case bolt up to a 400ci engine?

Yes. Use the correct 400 flexplate.

Gona go out on a limb and assume its a small block Chevy 400 not a Pontiac?
All Chevy bell bolt patterns are the same in line 6 to a big block.
