I used gorilla glue on mine to fill cracks and the filled it with caulk to fill gaps left in the foam then sanded and rubberized it. Worked out really well.

Gunman, did you wrap the dash yourself or did you have it done?  It looks amazing!  Mine has been replaced with one of the cheap, ill fitting, urethane ones by the PO.  I am hoping to save it.
