Barn Door inside latch...... Is it possible?

Hello!

I have an 88 Suburban with barn doors. I love it, except for the fact there is no way to open them from the inside. Has anyone made a modification to accomplish this? Any help, tips, comments appreciated!!

UPDATE: There was a similar post on Pirate4X4.com. someone suggested finding one from a van of the same time period. I will look into that.....

Let us know what you find.  My isssue, is you would have to crawl a long ways back just to open a door.  and if you have a 3rd row, you have to settle down behind the seat.
