The 40 dollar trans was rebuilt a couple years ago barely any miles the truck was a rust bucket farm truck wasnt driven often

Was a good transmission i bought it because they said it was supposed to handle up to 400 horsepower im making 367 hp  and 425 ft pounds of torque according to cam quest i did hammer on it though was one of the reasons i bought it also supposed to take a beaten

Do not ever by a monster transmission. Took it to a local trans shop to have rebuilt the clutches spray and drum were all stock! What jerks all they did was increase the line pressure by installing a shift kit so it would shift hard !

So my local shop rebuilt my transmission in april. In august the 21st the dang trans broke again this time it was the input shaft that twisted ! And broke 1 monster broken sprag and then i burnt it up . my 40 dollar craigslist trans still works was  just the torqe converter. Sold trans for 100 . now an input shft broke . time to hang clutch pedals or go 4l80e!
