Ignition turns without a key.

I can start my truck without the actual key in ignition. I assume a fairly common problem. Easy fix to just buy a universal switch and install it?

You problem isn't the switch - replace the ignition tumbler and key.

HA! I have the exact opposite problem.  Mine won't turn even if the key is in.  LOL  New keys didn't help.  I need a new switch too.

I can pull my key out in any position... Lol. I'm not worried about it though because I am getting a new column sometime soon.
