what does every one about mirrors

i am building a custome truck and i dont like my stock mirriors but i dont want to just not put any mirrors on  soo what does every one else do with there mirror situation ??????? any help would be much appreicaited

I heard of some guys removing wind wing and replacing it with sheetmetal that is painted and using a newer style mirror. I have a 81 and I am having same problem I already shaved my mirrors on my lifted truck. If u find out anything let me know I would appreciate it!!! Colby

You could run "peep" mirrors...thay are little mirrors that usually go above the leading edge of the window...popular among the hot rodding community.
