Oh, so what happened to the knee in the alt fan?  Or do i want to know?
Nothing but a big scar. Don't even think he went to the doc cause the scar is about a inch wide and about three inches long

I can't count the number of times I've either slipped, dropped or thought the threads were started and they weren't and I've had to jerk my head away from a starter bolt going all B52 bomber out of the bottom of the starter and trying to Hiroshima my face.

Ok, glad he turned out ok.  My pinky has a heartbeat!  Time for pain killers!  Weird, and i thought the front shocks were going to give me problems, thats why i did them first.   Weird how the day can end so abruptly,  then 6 hrs in the ER!

I have three small scabs right now trying to get the old bracket off of a boneyard rear bumper.  One slip and scraped the top of three knuckles.  Blood on the chrome!

Worst one for me so far... My tensioner rod broke off the driver's side vent window and since I had new weather stripping I decided to holdnthenold on in my hand and cut it with a razor blade to use as cleàrence for welding. Well brand new blade cut down through the tendons in My hand... What fun...
I just realized you !at have started a post that has potential to exceed any build post on the sight...

We work on 40 year old trucks with enough rust, dirt, oil and grime that anytime we do something we'll end up cutting ourselves bad.

I just put a giant slice down my finger not sure how working on my brakes.

This thread's been quiet for a while, anyway good news, dr said no more splints, only a bandaid.  Bone is healing fast, could lose the nail though. Back to working on truck.  (Never really did stop) and wife said no more sledge hammers!

I have learned the hard way that Headers heat up fast.  Like even 5 mins at idle will give you a good blister lol.

Changing rear  brake shoes and trying to put a spring back on with a pair of pliers (don't do that), the spring slipped and the hook went under my fingernail past the cuticle. Just one of the many that come with the territory
