Usually the vehicles they kill in movies are pretty hammered. I wonder how much bondo and paper mache was under that paint.
Notice the door came most of the way off the cab. A door and cab in good shape would've stayed attached at the hinges. It opened up way too easy so who knows how much of the striker area of the cab was made of bondo or other stuff.
