I need to replace 1 front cage nut. Have turned the internet upside down and cant fine anything.
Anybody know how I can obtain one or have any suggestions?

Not exactly sure what you are referring to?? Make, model, drive train and a picture would make things a lot easier to better help you find what you are looking for.

Tack weld a regular nut in there. It doesn't have to be loose / flopping around. Its only like that to make instalation, & cab body adjustment easier at the factory.

Irish you have a fix of two kinds in that picture.
These are cage nuts. It's an actual nut "caged" in a retainer.
This is a speed nut. It slips over sheet metal and the fastener screws directly into it.
I have never ever seen a cage nut on these trucks. Speed nuts however are used all over the place on them.
