Saving a 87 Choo choo C30 dually...

This guy has had this on CL for a while and I've been watching the price drop, finally its in a range I wouldn't mind having it, was a 454 4 speed truck, but its empty now, but I am going to try and get it, Another guy has a whole 1997 cab and chassis with no bed and its got a vortec 454 and a NV4500 , for the price of what most people around here want for a smogger 454 , so I get tires, rims , rear and everything I need for the engine and trans swap for the cost of an engine..

Plans might change , I found a 99 C3500 dually with no title 454/4l80E for about a grand cheaper for a donor. I'd like to have that NV4500 though. but this one has really nice wheels and I could used the interior stuff .
