That would appear to be GM light blue metallic. RPO code 21U. WA-U7470. PPG # 3455.
It's the same color that my truck is although mine is also two-toned with white.

Im fixin to go to paint with my 85 shortbed.......Its white right now (not original) but I really like this blue. In the picture it doesn't look metallic, but is it?

It's hard to tell in the pictures. But it sure looks to be the same color that my truck is and I know the blue on mine is metallic. It's just a real fine metal flake that's in it. It's a good looking color and was pretty common on 80's era GM vehicles.
