Not sure if you bought the round shorty Magnaflows yet, but I put them on my big block 78 burban w/headers and 2.5" duals exiting behind rear wheels and they were not what I expected--very loud and poppy (like a glass pack or cherry bomb). I went with a Flowmaster 40 and think it is still a little too much, but after all that money, I'm learning to live with it. All depends on what you're loooking for. Good luck!
