Ignition Timing for 87 350 TBI

I'm sure this question has been answered many times, but I can't seem to find it.  What should the timing be set at for a 87 350 TBI 1/2 ton 4X4 pickup and where is the timing advance wire that needs to be unplugged in order to set it?

your timing advance wire should be on the driver side below your brake master cylinder and it should have a black male and female connector. this wire should be orange or tan depending on discoloration.. i am pretty sure this is it!!8)

its the brown wire
