Spark plug preferance

Hey guys, just wondering what type of plugs you guys run, prefer, never use again,etc. I've been running AC R43's for about three months now, since I put in the new cam, and they're not fouling out, but they're breaking down already. I use to run NGK's in my 5.0 and my SC 3.8 cougars and rarely ever had problems with them but I've been told by a couple buddys not to use them in Shirley, not quite sure why but, oh well. Just wanted to get a little input from ya'll.

I've used NGK once and they didn't perform well.That was about 10 years ago.Ever since,I've been using AC Delco with no problems.

I dont no if u think this is a good Plug but iv been using bosch platinum 4 since thay have came out and i never had any problums...thay have lasted in cars with O ring leaks ...Fuel flooding the cylinders. Pre iignition and dont let any one trick you into thinking that that get so hot that thay will burn a hole in ur piston..a bud at my work swares that thay will..funny thing is he never used them

I have always used ACs, tried Autolites over a year ago in my 55 ( 355 motor ). Have had no problems with them yet. Reason I tried them is a freind of mines dad said that is what they run in there late model 358 chevy motor and had better luck with them than ACs.

R43 is a hotter plug than the R45.

I generally run R45TS' in mine BBC, I have used either AC, Bosch Platinum or Autolite and had good luck with each of these.  Generally I run AC's though.
