Rear disc brakes

Doing a restomod 91 suburban, looking to add rear disc brakes, saw a few kits out there, but the ones that keep parking brakes use small calipers, wondering if anybody has used later model truck ones with shoe type parking brakes ?

Hello,
I have a 1976 Chevy K10 (6 lugs) and I too wanted to convert my rear drums to disks with the traditional drum parking brake.
Little Shop Manufacturing helped me out with a Wilwood system that works great! They were very helpful with questions on the install.
Good luck!
