Should sealant be used on the vacuum outlets on the intake manifold?

Should thread sealant be used on the vacuum outlets in the intake manifold----like for trans vacuum modulator, vacuum advance etc.?

Negative, dry installation, no clamps or sealants with the exception of evap hoses which should have a tension clamp.

Ok. But just to make clear, i meant the threads the screw
into
the intake manifold, not the hoses that connect to the fitting.

I use pipe tape on those threads.
