1987 Chevy Custom deluxe 2x2 5.7 automatic

I need some help with some electrical issues.
First my cigg lighter stops working,then my horn stops working,now my radio ligt comes on but no sound. Anyone know whats going on here, the fuses are okay.

Sorry if this has alredy posted.

I think the problem is you lost two of your wheels since it's a 2X2. buy a 12V test light. Once you have it in your hand come back and we'll guide you through a couple of simple tests.

Okay the coffee wasnt working yet, when  I said it was a 2x2.
I'll be getting the 12v shortly.

Start with the easiest system-Clip the alligator clamp to a metal part on the dash for a ground.
Insert the pointed end of the tester into the cigarette lighter receptical and check for the light to illuminate.
If the light is on, the lighter coil (part that lights your cig)is bad.
If no light, perform the same test at the fuse- both sides of the fuse. Naturally, if one side of the fuse lights the tester and the other side doesn't light it, the fuse needs replaced.  But you said the fuse is ok, so you should see the light come on if there's power at the fuse.
You can check each non-working system the same way for fuse power.
That will get you started...
