2.5" spindle drop,will a 15" wheel fit?

Yes it will

3" spindles require the LCA to be trimmed slightly when running a 15.

i was told by a manufature that the stock 15" wheel will not work.
i don't know what to do now?
is there a way to measure?

If it really is a 2.5" spindle, the 15's will fit.  You might have to clearance the brake caliper and lower control arm, but they will fit.

I would not buy a Chassis Tech part, go with Western Chassis or ECE (if they carry em for our trucks)..much better parts IMO.

If you want to go 3", then go with Bell Tech...but you will have clearance issues with a 15 inch wheel.
