yea and you'll need new gears too.... havin tall wheels/tires i would go w/ at least 3:73's, everyone says that if you keep the stock gears from a th350 its always shifting out of overdrive... we're gonna start gettin a cruise/meet up once a month in lubbock so you should come down sometime since your not too far
