Well I just buttoned everything up...at least enough to fire it up........1st click of the key and boom she was screaming!!! It's ALIVE IT'S ALIVE! LOL Will post a few pix and a few vid clips if they came out ok in a sec!

Thanks! That crappy little vid doesn't do it any justice. I don't want to get too silly with it yet since it was just reborn but once I take it out and change the oil, wrap up all the loose ends there will be some tire fryin goin on. It winds up so fast, what a difference roller cam and lifters made. Worth the $$$. I also went .100" more valve lift .640"

My tailgate is the original 74 tailgate that came w the truck. The stainless louvered band I can't remember where that came from but I've never seen another one.

oh man that truck as a whole is so BAD!  and that engine is beyond words...sounds so killer...i want my truck to have that lopey idle...it won't sound JUST like a BB, but it can have a rough idle like that and still sound really good...
