Oh, I was thinking in terms of simply reproducing a factory a-arm in tubular steel.  My brain fart, I guess.  My way wouldn't make much sense if you intend to change the mounting angle of the ball joint.

so i have ballin rear brakes:

finally got some rotors and the calipers are wrong, they gave me ones for 1 inch front rotors on a chevy instead of the 1 1/4 i have, so napas in action tomorrow, then started working on all the other jigs till i ran out of bolts and nuts, night time work is so much better in ct, its 68 degrees out, tomorrows going to be 92, so boats not trucks lol

WoW, just read it all from start to finish, impressive to say the very least.

Question, when it was 5/5 drop (Before you went air) was it sitting level?

a build your own kit.. haha, ford 9" is much different than a GM axle but those are front rotors off a 98 dodge ram, and C10 front brakes for the 1-1/4 front rotors, im building my own caliper brackets

so today i came up with an awesome idea.
What the heck am i going to use my other 4-link for? im going to make my A-arms out of it :) atleast my tops
so i turned down the shafts tonight to fit 9/16

Poly mount + DOM

have to turn down both sides, and even bring the shaft longer to accept the width of the 2.5 inch poly mount.. i will thread the ends when im done with it all

i guess i didnt hit the resize button, sorry ill make them small next time

Got some stuff, sent some stuff back.. you know how it works

Motive gears 4:11's for the rear, purchased a mag base some indicators, and tooling for the lathe/bridgeport
got my tubing die, as you can see started playing with the a-arms
Also started tearing into the t56. Not a fun transmission to work on let me tell you..
And as always school is killing my truck work time, tonight was the first night i got work done in 3 weeks
