I was wondering...There must have been a lot of trucks that drowned in katrina, but may have useable parts.
Anyone know of a way to find out where they may be?

I am from SE Texas and I'm not sure there is many to choose from. I talked to my Dad who still lives there, and most people that fled Louisiana either took their trucks, or debris landed on them and wiped them out (i.e. trees and telephone poles). If you wanted to research it, go to Autotrader.com and use the 77662 zip code. That's all the advice I could give.
