Basic box swap

Ok guys- easy one for you. If I build my 350 will the 454 gearbox fit straight on or are there any differences?

Yes it will fit. Does your clutch linkage bolt to the engine block?

An automatic transmission isn't a gear box. It's an automatic transmission so if you are asking if it will bolt to a 350 engine or 454 engine yes. The flexplate will be different though.

Cheers Vile- I guess I appear daft sometimes! I gotta 350 with a box on and my 454 also has a box but dunno yet if the 350 box is any good!
