..soo..what you're saying is, if you have any rust anywhere on the truck you wont past inspection?

Not really just the holes but its up to the discrepency of the mechanic if its very thin.. bruce
Hii There , Stating another project , an 83 c10 2wd  .Frame etc is all good and have to replace dash pad and seat , some body work and Paint Prob flat blk wth a clear cote to seal it.Ill keep in touch with updates ..Bruce

rust = holes..I dont consider surface scaling/rusting to be real rust.
