Fellow Chevy truck nut
« on: August 01, 2008, 09:52:14 am »
Got some bad news yesterday. A friend of mine Kenny Fogg from middle school days two years my elder was diagnosed with cancer. It is inoperable due to it being right around his brain stem. Surgery could kill or make him a vegetable.
He is a Chevy truck nut from his core. Has had many over the years 2 and 4 wheel drives, also a sweet 69 Chevelle SS, 396, M22, with 3:73 12 bolt. Currently he has an 87 K5 4" lift, 38s, 350, SM456, NP 205, wheelin rig. Also a 84 K20 350, TH400, NP 208, 4" lift with 35s, & Blazin applied dark metallic blue paint.
I will surely miss him, he was always there if anyone needed a hand, plus the life of the party. Hes very non computer friendly unless its a CNC lathe or mill program. I have told him many times about our on line family, and that he should come post some pics and hang out. He just says I hardly know how to turn a PC on!

Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs

That truly sucks. Sorry to hear that. My friend that got me into these trucks committed suicide a few years ago. It really sucks. Life is too short.

Well guys, We lost a fellow Chevy truck fanatic this day in November of 2008 I know he wasn't a member, and none of you ever got the pleasure of knowing Kenny, but I know you all would have liked him. He had no siblings or children yet he was a brother to many, and dad to even more. He was a true friend, I am thankful I had the privilege to know him for almost a quarter century.

Sorry Harold.  Sound like a really great fellow.  Be assured he is in a better place - no more suffering or sorrow.
