Kind of even sad that they chopped a big ol hole in the hood, looked like it was surface rust but overall rust free. Couldve made a sweet air bagged truck with it.

thanks

Yeah, I saw it.  I wasn't impressed nor amused.  If it was a rusted hunk of junk I wouldnt have cared, but that truck was salvageable.

Truck's hasn't been the same since the other guy was on it Stacy I think it was now he would build some nice stuff like project "Big Blaze" that was sweet or "Crazy Horse". Those were classic I don't really care for it much now.

I like Kevin Tetz, and have a good amount of respect for him.  He is a knowledgeable paint guy, He did the paint work on Stacey David's Copperhead.  Ryan Shand I can live with.

this is Kevin's site:

This is from Stacey Davids' site on Copperhead:
"Copperhead Metallic"
Custom Color created by Stacey David and Ron Payton of PPG
Paint and bodywork by Kevin Tetz; additional paint and bodywork by Malcolm Pritchett

They surely could have found something a little more junky for demo derbys.  I like Kevin Tetz.  Besides on powerblock, I used to watch him restore old motorcycles and an AirStream Trailer.  If you like stacey David, find his new show Gearz.  http://www.gearztv.com/  They built a 200MPH+ vette on there the last show I watched.  Plus you get to see copperhead again.

I have a good 79 that I would have traded them for that truck.

I dont care for Muscle Car since Lou left and I dont care that much for some of Trucks projects. By the way, I didnt know a Jeep was a truck...

I actually liked the episode.  It doesn't bother me what they started with...there is only a zillion of these trucks out there.  I can't wait to see it done, and see how it does in the derby.

Be happy our trucks are getting the exposure, it will only make your truck worth that much more...but on the flip side, make parts more expensive too.

Lou was cool on musclecar, the show is still cool w/o lou and they still got a couple of cars to finish up like the challenger from year one and remember that road racer mustang? I wonder if lou took that with him or if its still there but you gotta admit them 2 rebuilt 2 POS cars like that comet n that rusted out impala and did a fantastic job so far.Lou always said he isnt a body guy so maybe thats why it kinda took him so long but overall he is a class act.Extreme 4x4 isnt the same without jesse she made that show along with IAN but just IAN i really dont get into it its not my cup of tea anymore and then trucks. They do some killer stuff but like others said its not the same w/o stacey david. Big blaze was wicked but we did see the sad part where someone took the drivetrain and used it in a rock crawler. But i like the miata project he is building on his show and then theres SGT ROCK the 41 dodge w/ the 605 BB and 49 inch tires and rockford axles. Nasty looking beast .I wont even comment on horsepower tv without chuck hanson there and his chevelles i dont like that show anymore, so far joe elmore has been there since the beginning but overall all the parts they get for these projects are all donated. There are some parts they say that cost we cant even afford like that 605 BB in his sgt rock truck and how about the O/D setup in his cooperhead truck like 2100.00 for that.At that price your better off rebuilding a 700 r4.

thanks
