NP-205
« on: November 10, 2008, 02:47:36 pm »
Hey guys, I have a NP-205 that mounts to an adapter plate that then mounts to the TH-350 I have....   My questions is are there any sealing types that are used to connect tranny-adapter-transfercase.  If there are gaskets where the heck can I get them.
                                         Thanks guys

Just use a good RTV or anaerobic sealer

I picked up the rubber ring gasket made for this from the local tranny shop.  No other sealant.  Mine hasn't leaked a drop in 14 years it's been in.

What they said!

Rubber ring gasket where the adapter bolts to the trans (I found mine at NAPA), and RTV for the rear.  I couldn't find the rear one locally.
