one thing about that is its harder to monitor what people say. Yes it would be good for instant response but what if you have 4 different topics going at once

If you guys are interested in a chat room let me know. I have done several v-bulletin chat addins.  There is flash chat that has a sensorship built in on pre determined words. Mod-ing it is easy, not much to it. There are also scrolling chat add-ons that can easily be added to the header in the home page.

Again all of these options are simple and easily customizable. HTML is easy. Id be glad to help. I may even still have the flash chat add-on in my email.. lol..

I have done at least 10 v-bulletin sites, and countless others. So if you ever need any help pm me.

Haven't found a good one for this one Brandon, but if you are interested in looking since you have some background I will add it.
I am looking to go to Xenforo for forum software next.

I am sure we can figure it out.  I go on one that I belong to, a Tractor forum and it has proved to be very helpful when the right audience is on...  Can be very amusing at times as well....
