home made 4 link suspention

has anyone fabericated their own four link suspension in the rear? i'm planning to do so to my mudder but not sure where to start or how about to do it.

It will take alot of setup and compromises to make this work.  it is possible, but you probably want a spare frame to start this with.

I also suggest reading a suspension book.  Herb Adams wrote a really informative one that I can recommend

Do you know the name of that book by Herb Adams?

Chassis Engineering is the name of the book.  Herb Adams was the Suspension guru for Pontiac for many years.  He son owns VSE now.  Cool guy to talk to as is his son.  www.vsecobra.com/index.html
