Description: This is a 1981 Chevy C-30 Tow Truck That we had built in 1986. We bought the truck as a used cab and chassis. We had the truck sent to Kansas City, MO to have the tow truck builder install the bed. We used this truck in our auto repair and towing service from 1986 to 1999. Was a very good truck, even after all the use we got out of it.
This photo was taken back in 1995 when I towed my 1991 5.7L TPI GTA through a Fourth of July parade.
