jeepsunlimited.com use to be pretty good, but I don't know about now.  I used to have a 97 TJ.

I have a 2005 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon, and I use rubiconownersforum.com  When I had a '78 CJ7 I used the forum at offroad.com  Both of those forums are really good.  If you're a hardcore guy you could brave pirate4x4.com but check your pride at the door with that forum!!  Those guys can be pretty hard on you!

don't think I'm gonna go to pirate4x4.com iv just got the 99 wrangler stock 4Cly 5 speed but iv put hankook dinapro mt  3110 50 it has been in and out of the mud several times and it has impressed me but I'm not to hard core bout it couse its still my dd and the truck is in garage
