i'm set with another job, i do sportbikes. right now it's at a honda bmw dealer, but come end of the day i'm so sore and tired, it makes getting outta bed really hard the next day. it's not easy in the least, i had to miss a day i was just so beat up the other day i couldn't get outta bed. i rested most of the day, went to bed early, was still exhausted next day. it's not even tiring work in the least.. it's parts and accessories, etc easy lightweight stuff...

I hear ya. Being off for almost 2 months and going back to physical work isn't fun. Even though the work isn't that hard I can definitely feel it at night and in the morning. Hopefully it won't take too long to get back in the grove.

I glad you found a job. They sure are hard to come by nowadays.

Glad to hear your back to work just take it one day at a time hopefully your employer understands what your going through. My dad recently had to go through some surgery stuff after an accident. He slipped on the ice at a truckstop and broke his hip with no insurance coverage and 9 days in the hospital my wife has worked with each one of his bills and alot of them have reduced thier bills by huge percentages to help him. And my mother inlaw had breast cancer a couple years ago with no ins. and there were alot of programs that helped her. If I can ask her some leads to help I will see what I can find out for ya if you want.

JR, if your dad slipped at a truckstop, why not persue legal matters from the truckstop?  They have liability insurance or they wouldn't be in business.  The state corporation comission in every state requires certain things to operate a business, and one of those things is liability insurance.  If the walkway or road, or whatever he slipped on was considered negligence, their insurance will have to pay the bills and some punitive and pain and suffering.  They are responsible for clearing ice away.

Small print: I am not an attorney, I just sit in a lot of court cases due to the nature of my job.

SgtDel- It is something we looked at but most state have changed the laws on slip and fall accidents. I have a good friend thats an attorney he said we could try but proably not have much luck. The good thing we just found out was because my dad turns 66 in April he was able to get Medicare since August. So that helps alot. Thanks Though. Good looking out for us.
