I like the themes, as well.

May i suggest a theme for blue trucks with white tops that are not quite finished?

i generally favor the free for all idea.  But i'm thinking there could be themes---winners in each category and then an overall/free for all winner out of the themes.   The overall winner would be the top prize.

P.S., here is another theme idea----stock, daily driver.    i'm biased towards my truck.

The other thing is, i feel there should be a detailed description of the inner workings---the drivetrain, interior, any other special things about the truck included in the description;   It shouldn't just be judged on looks alone.

We, as a society, tend all too often to judge a book by it's cover and..............

What i'm trying to say is i don't think we should go just by looks alone, but that's just me.

Descriptions in the voting?  I honestly don't think what is under the hood will sway a vote, but that it a little difficult to nominate someone elses truck if you don't know what is under the hood, and who cares if it is manual or auto, and how can you tell a 305 vs 350.  These are going in a calendar so in the end it is what people like that is going to be voted on.

i think the suggestion he made was to have the winner also include some info on the truck for the calendar.  could be included when it's published?

How about themes for different parts of the trucks?  It doesn't have to be full outside shots only, it could be an engine bay or interior pic.

I don't think I can modify what we currently offer.  I request the info in the post for the TOTM though
