Cleaning ally Cab bands

Have just brought in a 79GMC Sierra Classic Stepside.And over here when it goes through Customs they spray the truck all over.And it comes up with white streaks all over the body.They are supposed to hose it down within 24hrs.Problem is they didn't.Duco came up well
with a polish but not the bands and logos.Any idea how to Clean the Bands
