package not due for delivery ????? what

ordered new phones from verizon and tracking the progress they were supposed to be here in 2 days and its looks like it will be about 3 but i could of been two but look at the second line or any of the top 4. #4 says it arrived at FedEx in new castle. #3 says they put it on another truck at new castle and i guess. #2 says they took it back off the truck cause " package not due for delivery" whats that mean lol and yet the first line says it still sitting on a shelf in new castle when it could be at my house

Reminds me of when I ordered a iPod from Best Buy online and had them ship it to me in Iraq. I kept tracking it and it went back and forth across the US a couple of times. Took over a month to recieve it.
