Cab floor support rusting

I noticed my cab has a little lean to it toward the drivers side. I noticed underneath the drivers side cab support was rusting. It does not appear to be rusted wher the body mount is. The area of rust is mainly from the inner rocker to about 4" in. Does that area provide any support to the cab or is it just the attachment point at the rocker to support the rocker?

It does have some of the strength for support. If the cab is leaning I would bet it has sunk some even though the mount doesn't look to bad.
