So far i have been told that Pacesetter F body headers will fit with a little work. That is good and i may try them but there are many othe headers out there that i wonder about.

so if you have tried ANY headers that fit or did not fit please let me know. Once the list is made it will be great for future swaps.

I will update the list as i get the info.

I just bought a set of OEM manifolds off of a 2001 camaro, they have AIR not EGR that is one plus i figgure i gave 20 dollars for a set if they dont work i will toss them but if they do i will tell you, i am as well running stock exhaust with cats , i know the exhaust will have to have some mods but.. think i will start with that.

2000 3/4 manifolds will fit with some grinding.
BRPHotrod 3/4 length headers will fit as long as you aren't running a 4L80E (they supposely have long tubes now too)
S&P headers will fit.  If you are running a 4L80E they need to know ahead of time to be modified.

I have some Fbody manifolds and they didn't fit mine, the outlets were pointed directly at the transmission.

SatisTraction -  I tried to send you a PM, but your box was full.  I got this link for the bolt you need.

I've been leaning towards trying GTO headers, they look like they have a good chance of fitting.

A little late to the party, but I used Hooker block huggers on my conversion...they're kinda close to the starter, but work nonetheless.
