th400 208 swap for 205

I'm looking at pikcing up a th400 tranny, with a np208 on it. im curious if a np205 off of another th400 would be compatable with it. thanks.

A 205 will fit anything. Although there can somtimes be issues with the output shaft on the trans being +/- in diameter .   This is an easy fix though by changing the output shaft on trans or input on T case. Well worth the money.
