I know what your going through on the bodyshop side of things,least its not your brother who's kicked it out of the shop like mine... >:(

just in case it still matters to you..
your hood is a 79 or 80 and the bed is an earlier bed; having no gas door. maybe some one can help with the years on that. lookin good. keep the pics coming.

Cheers 1980c10, my baby now has a new hood, fenders, tailgate and bed front panel!
Thankfully the years/parts are interchangeable  ;) I'm going for a '79 guess!

Thanks everybody for all the input, that's why I chose the Bitzer! name, bits of this year and bits of that!

Just aquired a proper size compressor  8) and it cost me a favour - don't mind that. Ebay for hoses and connectors etc so by the weekend all I'll have to do is hardwire it into the garage electrics-easy peasy!!

Should get the primer next week so in the evenings again I'll be letting the missus watch her c*%p on the telly and I'll be prepping and priming!
