Ok i have run all new fuel lines on my truck. I know that one is a vent and one is a return etc. My question is this. I know the vent line goes to the canister but I cant seem to figure it out. I have all of this apart and now I am not I put everything back together right. All the spots on my charcol canister are full. so where does the vent line go? any could post a pic would be great or explain to me what to do with the vent line.

What's the year make and model? Some have a capped off line at the canister. Do you still have the under hood emmissions sticker? If so it will show.

the 85 monte carlo I had the vent line came up under the bottom of the can, that was it.
The 84 c10 dad has I forget maybe it was the same.
My 88 k1500 has a litle piece of rubber line that clamps on the vent line and then on the canister.
