how much does my truck weigh???

i own a 74 chevy standard cab, shortbed, 2wd with a small block in it.  could anyone tell me about how much it would weigh?

At that age, it'd be hard to say without knowing the truck. The best way would be to weigh it. Take it to somewhere with a scale, say, a truck stop (costs a few bucks) or a metals recycler, or maybe a grain elevator.

thanks. its a base model truck with a sbc so its probably 3900 to 4000
