How low with full length headers

I currently have a 2 and 2 drop kit with drop shocks and lowering leafs installed. It sits about level with this setup. I was planning on a 5/7 but now installing full length headers. Whats the lowest I can go before I have issues with the pavement?

I have 3" drop springs and 2.5" drop spindles on mine and who know how much drop 4 link in the back. I have/had full length headers with no problem. I just upgraded to even longer full length headers(about 6" longer) and still have no problem. My lower control arms are closer to the ground then the headers. Now I was rolling around a bit before I got my shocks put on in the front and the headers and control arms did scrap on bigger bumps and the gutter at the end of my driveway. Also my tranny pan is a deep cast aluminum and the headers are real close to it in height.

I've been bagged with long tubes, clearance was not an issue unless a pothole came into play

A properly designed set of long tube headers & exhaust system mirroring the shape of the frame should really have no effect on how low you go with your truck. Our frames are tall enough to fit everything within that height. The traditional 5"-7" drop will have problems in the front suspension & gas tank areas long before a well designed exhaust system. Here's a couple pic's of mine for reference. Lorne

I have the purple hornies header mufflers waiting to ship. Will I need a bend to put them over the crossmember or will they bolt up and fit without?

I needed to bend my pipes. Basically an S shape pipe that bumps UP a half inch or so on the driver side and RIGHT about an inch on the passenger side.
