« on: March 17, 2011, 11:17:06 am »
So.....I was sweeping out the garage and like an 8 year old I put the broomstick through my passenger side mirror.  I know  the whole unit is pretty easy to fing but is there someone that sells just the glass?

Yes.  Look at about any autoparts store. It may not fit exactly but they do have replacements.

Like Blazin said, or I've seen replacements at the parts store that were made to stick over your broken one.

So I talked to a couple of glass places...found a couple sources that sell just the lense...to make a long story short, I just ordered a whole unit because it was like 8 bucks more.  The local auto parts store will have it in a day.  26 bucks for the whole mirror assembly in a stainless finish.

Stainless finish, or stainless steel? Have seen plastic ones that have the stainless look to them.
