Hello everyone, I've got a 1982 c10 stepside. I've only had it about three weeks but this site has been a great source of info. By the vin I've got a 305 with the stock qjet. It's been lowered and has wide tires and a fresh paint job. Lots of work needed, interior needs a stereo, the seat bottom is in horrible condition, needs a new dash and black paint instead of brown (yuck). Engine runs great, just had a prob with the battery going dead (cigarette lighter was unplugged and grounding out). Transmission leaks a little and the carburetor is going to need rebuilt eventually(its pretty grimy). But I love it and I love to tinker so I will be creeping around here alot for help!!! :-)
