6x9 in cab corners

I'm wondering if anyone makes mounting brackets or boxes to fit 6x9's in the cab corners or if they will have to be custom made.

Dropped 2" in front and 2" in rear but soon to b 4" in rear
18x10 wheels with 295/45 18 tires

I haven't tried this, but I have heard you can flip the 4x10 brackets and get 6x9's to fit.  Otherwise you will have to custom make something.
